In Indonesia, Music and Democracy are run in the same narrow fashion. I got bankrupt in the late nineties and survive in Bali as art director for a local Video house production (where I managed to win a few best video clip awards), as music & computer teacher at an International primary school and as private French-English teacher.

Besides earning enough money to pay my bills, I did many attempts to attract locally the media attention on environmental and cultural issues but only got feed back from foreigners! For instance, ABC Australia agreed to finance a pioneer talk show project for the local TV which was meant to synthesize Indonesian and foreign views about fundamental matters in Bali.
